Normally I don't have much time for his TV programmes as I think he exagerates for the cameras and doesn't always adapt his management style appropriately...
However, this evening British TV screened an episode where he "transforms" an Indian restaurant formerly called Dillons and now called Purnima, that is two blocks away from his own restaurant in Manhattan. I have to say Dillons looked genuinely dire with cockroaches all over the rotten, moldy food and flies in the (virtually empty) restaurant.
Has anyone eaten there either before or after? Was Dillons as bad, or Purnima as good as Gordon would have us believe? Has the food stayed good since he departed? Or is Mr Ramsay playing to the Gods!

I love Gordon. He majorly turns me on in a strange way.
The BBC version is so much better than the US version though.

I don't mind him, but I think he could turn down his violent outbursts of anger a couple of notches and turn up his patience level a couple of notches.
I like Hell's Kitchen better than Top Chef.
