Danmag, do you know about that 1 ton man in Mexico who just got married to the girl of his dreams (meanwhile I'm sitting at home last Saturday night checking match.com religiously hoping someone's winked at me, but that's another subject) but he had a makeshift one of those so I think I'm going to buy one and send it to him.

Matt, one of my nephews hopefully asked if the Screaming Slingshot Monkeys might be back again this year. Last year, one of my Great Nephews dug his out and shot it into a full steaming plate of Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Christmas Eve.

Yeah they are the stuff of legend. I am looking at these plastic guns that shoot confetti. They look OK but they only shoot 3-6 times. I am thinking instead of getting everyone a gun, I could get like 10 or 12 CASES of Party Poppers- so the kids might be able to fire off 5 or 6 dozen each.

Well I am pretty well established as the "eccentric gay Uncle". I'm the youngest of 6 kids, everyone is married with kids and now those kids have kids. We won't be all together this Christmas but here will be 25 or 30 people at my sisters house. The sister who hosted the year my gift was a case of silly string for each kid under 18 won't host any more. No fun at all.
(FYI- we learned that year Silly String is flammable- candles & silly String DO NOT MIX.)

The only thing I loved more than silly string at a young age were those New Years poppers! Too bad they didn't have any Screaming Monkeyballs or whatever when I was a young'un.
