Who needs Amsterdam when you've got Groningen? What an attractive bunch! It's almost like being on several slightly more civilized Bourbon Streets. :)
Loving this place!!!!

Got to represent my company at a performance by The Royal Ballet and Kirov Ballet tonight. Love Fokine's FIREBIRD.

There was also a special version of L'Apres Midi D'Un Faune -- a local hottie in very little, rolling around in paint. It was grand!

Closing performance tomorrow and on to Amsterdam on Saturday.

Groningen is added to my wish list for sure!
Not getting near enough sleep here.
Went to a bar for a drink last night and people were mostly sipping tea and smoking I don't know what. Don't worry, I didn't - school night you know!

Actually I need to turn in soon. Bus to Amsterdam at 5:45am.
Have not been sleeping much anyway.
Have some work related stuff to do all day there tomorrow and then vacation starts!

Love this city!
Not as clean as Groningen but very interesting. Have already seen a Nicholas and Alexandra exhibition at the Amsterdam Hermitage Museum, been in the big new theatre that will host an amazing opera tonight (well at least the set will be amazing. I saw them adding the finishing touches today. Fire right near where the onstage audience members sit. Had tea with the daughter of Kurt Jooss (choreographer of The Green Table), and toured the red light district on my way home. A lot to do tomorrow so not sure if I am going back out tonight.

If you haven't already...

enjoy a concert at the Concertgebouw

visit the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum

eat at Le Garage, and definitely at Di Silveren Spiegel
