Ryan, it really does. I feel like something is missing. I was just sitting around doing nothing earlier because I'm so used to staying in watching the cam.

And I LOVE Mindfreak. That show is a lot of fun. The last one I saw was where he set himself on fire and when he barried himself alive and had a funeral and everything. It's good stuff.

Well, I'll share some banality...

Saw Jersey Boys for the third time last night--yaay for my sister who wanted to see it for the first time so badly that she waited alone in line for us for 4 1/2 hours. Hehe. Dominic was on for John, 2nd time I've seen him(thank god I've seen John once), and...the show's still enjoyable. It took me 3 times to go from JB is pretty good, to JB is great. I mean, certainly not the best thing I've ever seen, but it is a great show. I just adore the cast. Christian is a sweetheart and recognizes me from PA'ing, and Daniel recognized us from the front row (guess they were looking down on us while sitting on the steps). My sister is overhyping it a bit, saying aside from Rent it's the best thing she ever saw, but hey, glad she loved it.

And she's a bum otherwise. 2 weeks ago we were supposed to see Tarzan, she backed out. Last week we were supposed to see Clerks 2, she backed out. Today we were supposed to see Tarzan, then see Clerks 2 instead, and now we're sitting at home. Bum.

I walked past the stage door on my way to meet a friend at the Olive Garden, and when I brought myself to look up, Greg's beautiful picture is still on there. Whew.

Ooh, and gah, softball's so frustrating. We played Wicked on Thursday, a very good team...it's already playoffs. Errors got us in trouble and going into the last inning they were beating us 11-4. But we kept getting hit after hit after hit, and finally made the score 11-9 before our #8 batter hit a hard ball to Derek Williams (who was looking kind of good sweating) who jumped up and snagged it. Gah.

Ah well, we play Avenue Q next week. My friend who does sound is on their team, so we'll have fun. But we should totally beat them. Heh.

And I still love my internship.

And my birthday's in 3 days.

Really Liz? Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I heard that it consists of all monologues, and even if they're amazing, it's unfortunately not the kind of thing I can sit through. Honestly, props to you for going and enjoying yourself because I'm sure it's a great play.

Ooh, here's some more banality, though it's semi on-topic. I borrowed a bunch of fantastic tapes from a wonderful friend--great Bway events from the last couple of years, '02-'04: Broadway on Broadway, Broadway Under the Stars, and the Tonys. My sister wanted to see the Tonys so we watched 3 straight yesterday. We saw Sweet Smell perform on the '02 telecast and John win. And Norb was nominated for Thou Shalt Not. Does anyone know why Brian and Kelli were not in the performance for Sweet Smell? I kept looking for them but couldn't find them.

Also saw Oklahoma perform "The Farmer and the Cowman." Great number because I got to see a lot of Rak's solo dances. It was cute, seeing her in those late 1800's clothes.

In "Nine" in 2003, I found Sara and Rachel De Benedet. Sara's easy to find as you just look for the tall one. I found Julie Connors in the ensemble of Millie in '02, umm...Michael Patersono in..something. Shoot, can't remember. Maybe Millie as well.

Hugh Jackman had long hair when he hosted in '03. But boy did he deserve that emmy for '04. I forgot all the stupid pairings they did for the presenters that year. Ulgh.

And umm...I also watched Broadway on Broadway '03. They were previewing this new musical Wicked. Heh.

Amanda- Yep, it's just 4 monologues, each about 45 minutes long. The actors are onstage alone with a few props. It's incredible how they were all able to command that stage, and I was compelled the entire show. It was INCREDIBLE, but not everyone's cup of tea. To anyone into that, totally go. Cherry Jones, Ralph Fiennes, and Ian McDiarmid (sp) are all so effing talented.

Awesome, Liz. Again, not my cup of tea, but it is supposed to be very good so I'm glad you were able to see it and realize it's awesomeness.

Did you see Cherry Jones in Doubt? What an effing amazing actress.

hehehe, actually RE the Yahoo thing, that's jeff who responded, he's Liz's real life friend, Dre you met him at Greg's last, Mamie I'm not sure you did, but he was standing with us. He seems to have the tendency to be an ass online. Anyway I've seen part of the video and it really isn't great, although not terrible.

So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

Dre,
The first time that person posted their list, they included that taping. I sent them an email and said I was interested in it. They came back with the nastiest email you've ever seen. It was totally uncalled for. They never said WHY the taping was not up for trade, only that it wasn't. Here they are responding the same way - only this time they're offering some reasons. This person has some REAL issues. I wish they wouldn't bother listing items if they have no intention of trading.

Sorry - but I don't care who's friend he is. He doesn't know how to write in a civilized manner.
