Upper body hair (chest, face, especially back) is a complete turnoff to me.

I agree that shaved/waxed legs are acceptable only if the guy is a swimmer. Otherwise, it doesn't appeal to me.

Ask me this question 3 years ago, and I would've said YES! Do you think I joined the swim team to actually swim? No! Those smooth, hard bodies... yummo!

But now I like hair. Lots and lots of it!

Coming from a generally hairy guy, I kind of like the hair on my legs, haha. I mean, I don't care if guys shave their legs, especially if they have light hair anyways, as long as it looks natural.

Or, I guess, if it looks good.

Now backs and asses are another thing.. I just don't understand though. How does one shave or wax themselves in those areas? I can imagine it would be veeeery difficult to do yourself, or veeeery awkward to get it done professionally.

You can any part of your body waxed. any part. The only things I want hairless are the scrotum and the perianal area.

The thing is, I know several former high school and college swimmers. Every one of them says that shaving the legs and/or chest is NOT necessary in any way -- it doesn't increase speed. It's all about the "feeling of the water on your body." It makes you FEEL slicker and faster, but it's not required.

If Ian Thorpe doesn't need it, neither does any other swimmer.

I think guys that shave their legs for aesthetic reasons should be drugged with chloroform, beaten with a metal basebal bat, and thrown in one of the finger lakes.

Apreciating all forms of male beauty, I don't mind hairless legs if the guys shaved all over. Though furry guys really get my boat rocking, if you know what I mean.

Though, that's one thing I thought when I saw "Mamma Mia," "You mean that there isn't one single solitary hairy chested guy on that freaking island?!?!?"

The chest hair gene has diminished over the past decade. Less and less men have chest hair. It's a good thing, in my opinion.

Leg hair doesn't matter to me at all. It's the whole chest hair thing that gets to me. I'm not a fan.
