HELP! best cold remedy?

oo i am soo sick, i can barely talk, and opening night for my play is, of all days, tomorrow. yesterday i took a 12 hour sudafed and a regular sudafed within 2 minutes of each other...not good. But NOTHING is working!!!! does anyone know how i can beat this by tomorrow??? o, and my doctor is out of town, believe me, i tried. thanks a ton!!

Aww, that sucks. Ok, the best medicine for colds is Drixoral. It's a green pill. Within 2 minutes it starts working, honestly. I had a cold on my play too and I took it and was fine. Good luck with your play and feel better!

Those things work well to clear your nasal passages up temporarily, but as far as clearing up your cold take NyQuil or Robutussin EVERY night before bed (it will help you sleep better.) Get Airborne tablets and take them all day long - it has an insane amount of essential vitamins that clears things up quickly.

Yes, I have a BAD sore throat too. This guy and I at work were hacking all day. Something is definetly going around. I am about to fix me some soup and pray that helps. I have been sucking on Halls all day long and it is not helping.

Steam and drink Throat Coat. That stuff is great. Also the Drixoral.

I think you can find it at health food stores. I got mine when I went on a trip and stopped in a health food store. I'll ask my friend where she got hers from in Columbia and pm you, Spider.

I like vinegar...tastes like crap but always works for me....but I also take as many vitamins as I can shove down at once...

aww thank you all sooo much, i just got back from a VERY long last night rehersal, so i am searching my house for all kinds of remedies, with the exception of alcohol...my parents wouldnt like a drunk me...

If you use the search function, I've posted some recipes for remedies a few times before. I feel your pain.
