Posted: 11/13/05 at 2:43pmI really like all of the "mashed to unrecognizability and mixed with mayonaise" salads! And I'm glad someone finally mentioned egg salad! Whenever we would have a party or something where there was potato salad and deviled eggs, we would have egg salad for lunch while we cooked. I think part of what makes these great is that you can add whatever you like.

If the eggs are green, they are BAD.
Don't put anything in your mouth that's green, unless it started that way.
