Happy Birthday, Chris!!! You are definitely one of the nicest, coolest guys I have ever met and you and Jay* are perfect for each other. You are awesome and I am looking forward to hanging out with you and Jay* next time you are in New York. Hope you are enjoying your special day...and don't work too hard! On second thought, work harder so you can buy an apartment in NYC and we can all hang out more often. Happy 35th!
