And here's the silly "Happy Easter" song from the beginning of my movie, which always gets stuck in my head so that when anyone says "Happy Easter" to me, I invariably answer in the cadence of the song, "Happy Easter...TO YOU!"

Last June I was thrilled to see Easter Parade as part of Last Remaining Seats at the Los Angeles Theatre, a real movie palace. Ann Miller got tremendous applause (well-deserved) after Shaking the Blues Away.
