If he hadn't been wasted by John Wilkes Booth, Honest Abe would've been 199 today. How are you guys celebrating? I think that I'm going to out and split a rail or two.

I'm seeing Jersey Boys tonight. Not sure if that's much of a tribute, but hey, I live in Illinois, so I can do whatever I want.

Hell, I even live in a neighborhood called Lincoln Square. With a statue, even.

There's a huge statue of Lincoln on my campus. Maybe I'll have a party with him.

Darn it! If I knew it on the way to work, I would have changed my train schedule and ridden the A to 59th, the B to 7th Ave. and then the E to work.

Instead, I guess I'll just try to spend a penny somewhere.
