"JANUARY 6--In a bizarre incident that will surely lead to litigation (or an out-of-court settlement), a skier at Colorado's ritzy Vail resort was left dangling upside down and pantsless from a chairlift last Friday morning...As seen in the photos on the following pages (which were snapped by fellow skiers), the Skyline Express lift was stopped shortly after the pair's botched 10:30 AM boarding resulted in the man dangling from the lift. The exposed skier was stuck for about 15 minutes before Vail personnel backed the lift up and successfully dislodged the unidentified man from the four-seat chair."
Yep, there are pictures
Oh.
My.
God.
That is freaking hilarious!
I'd be concerned about frost bite...
Or shrinkage.
That's just funny. Sad, but funny.
Well the shrinkage looks like a definite from the looks of the first picture.

He obviously hasn't heard about layering.
That is just....wrong, on so many levels.

Must have been traumatic for the child to see a parent in peril, let alone pantless.
Had it happened to me, I would have thought to myself, "Dang, I should have had a bikini wax before I left."
Talk about your angry inch!
Though if the friend still sitting in the chair had been me, he would have been shaken loose by my laughter in no time.
"That is just....wrong, on so many levels."
and yet ... so right.

And THIS is the reason your mother always said to wear CLEAN underwear!
Or at least SOME underwear...
"Skid marks in my shorts
You've got me in fifth
You're buring rubber like my love!"
In the second pic it looks like he has no ass. He resembles a Ken doll.

15 minutes spent upside-down can't be fun in any event, pants or no pants.
...There's a sentence I never thought I'd write.
It actually looks like the person sitting in the chair is taking pictures!
I feel for the guy with the yellow helmet on in the third picture. He's right there in 'the zone'.
Back that lift up!
This was on our local news yesterday. Without the pictures! Evidentally, the Vail Daily published a picture of the mishap and caught some flack from the resort.
