Help me name that tune!

Help, I am having a brain freeze and can't remember the name of a tune, nor can I remember the group that sang it. LOL.

I can remember their music video which got a lot of air play, I believe in the early nineties on VH1. I think it was 5 guys (rockers) who were playing acoustic guitar. They were standing and facing each other in a circle, singing and playing to one another. It was an upbeat tempo, I think the video may have even been in black and white. I thought it may have been the Chili Peppers, but I can't seem to verify that. In any case, it was a rocker band doing an acoustic set. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
