I think Hillary's best chance and most fitting spot would be on the Supreme Court.

Now that I have to disagree with. Whatever her academic qualifications as a lawyer - and she's very smart, I know, but that's not the same thing as knowing a lot of constitutional theory - the last thing we need is to politicize the federal court system any more than it already has been. Bad, bad idea. The Court can only function if the other branches of government listen to it and respect it - it has neither the power of the purse nor the power of the sword. And that respect is founded at least partly on not looking as completely political as - well, as the political branches of government.
