I totally agree with you papa. And Roxy, I have never ever ever once not ever said that I am "always right." However, you have ZERO credibility, you claim to be "not political" because you don't vote, you claim to think "all politicians are just as bad," and yet you continually lift things from Rupert Murdoch news sources to slam the people that Rupert Murdoch news sources slam.

If you have critical faculties, Mr. Roxy, you never seem to exhibit them here, except for your mandatory praising of critically panned Broadway flops. Other than that, you regurgitate what the Murdoch sources tell you to think. Why couldn't you actually EXAMINE what it was you were reporting in this thread? Maybe if you had, you'd come up with the logical conclusion, as papa did, "slip-up? no, i think it as a rather calculated and quite smart turn of a phrase."

I thought this was about her voting for the war in Iraq.

I guess my bootlegs of all performances of High Fidelity on Broadway will drop my credibility rating around here, but I'll weigh in anyway.
I think it's remarkably calculated because who is to say to whom she was really referring? We think Bill but she could just as easily be referring to all the Republicans in the smear machine who continually come after her.
Good going, Hill.

Roxy, that little PM was cute, but frankly I never said that people who don't vote don't have freedom of speech. I was pointing out to everyone in the thread that was apparently taking you seriously that you are a hypocrit with a worthless opinion and zero credibility. you can say whatever you want, but the rest of the people here who migh tnot know you do actually support W despite not not voting deserve to know the source of the BS attacks.

yeah he did, something about how people who don't vote are protected under the constitution too.

WEll no ****. I don't remembe ever saying they weren't. However, Roxy has shown, over and over, that he opposes the constitution with his unwavering support of the Shrubby.

Do you not read my posts Liverpool ?

For the most part, he has been a failure. I have said this a number of times. Get your facts straight. Never assume etc etc . The constitution has taken such a beating by many Presidents (Dems also)over the years it is not funny

Read the constitution once in awhile. It has been so stretched out of shape by various courts & special interests that run the spectrum it is barely recognizeable

I have the same respect for you that you do for me. This includes WalkOn also. I also have to include my good friend NAMO

The outright refusal of some on this board to listen to opposing points of view on anything is absolutely mind boggling. How weak must ones position on an issue be if they cannot debate it without resorting to name calling. So very sad

Yeah...but the real Hilary slip up was on Fox this morniing..

They aired a info-mercial/ brief chat with her about her running for office. It was presented as just recorded from her NY home and starts out with " In light of the most recent events, let's have a little conversation today", by Hilary.

In the background through her outside window the trees were green and in full bloom. The anchorman and his staff made it obvious and with much humor, that this had to have been pre-recorded late August when the trees in NY are green and full.

Pretty intersting that she obviously pulled this out of her summer closet to present in almost February. no?

Can we really call her planning ahead a slip up though? I mean - she has been asked if she was running for at least the last eight months.

I don't have time to read this thread; but, is it about Hilary Duff and her dress and slip being up over her head?

I suppose it's not a slip up in the sense that it's been out for months that she's in the race. It's the way Fox was presenting the tv clip, it was as if it was a bit hokey that it was presented as a very recent interview and it was obvious that it was recorded during the summer months.... Fox just made a farce of it. I thought that might be what this topic was alluding to. No biggie.

The supposed "fact" that Namo has "credibility" on this board tells us the level of discourse on this board.

Partisan, elitist, illogical, and ranting to the end.

And it was a wonderful, delicious "slip-up."

PB - I did not mean anything by that at all and totally got your point on on the way Fox was presenting it. Sorry if I seemed negative toward your post - it was not intentional.

“I did my own research. The world can't help us on this, the world won't, just like the world didn't help my husband in Kosovo. We have to do this alone. It's something that must be done. We have to get rid of Saddam Hussein.”

Hillary Clinton's own words might prevent her from being elected.

Very true. Lying has never seemed to be a deterrent to election. In many cases, it even appears to help quite a bit.
