I feel like she shows that side of herself all the time and every single time she does people are just shocked because she has "never shown that side of herself before!!!".

Well, in the public's defense, for so long she has been about the spectacle and not the actual songs. I remember being blown away a few years back at the Grammeys when she sang with Elton John. She has a legit voice, but it seemed for a while she was more focused on distracting from her singing than highlighting it.

But yeah, girl has some pipes.

I hate when people's b tracks are not a tracks.

I just vomited in my mouth a little at that idea, SNAFU. I don't hate everything Madonna has done, but I personally think she has a really weak voice.

I think my first exposure to Lady Gaga's good singing was in SNL when she was just a musical guest. I remember thinking "Why doesn't she use this voice more often?" I think because of her outfits and popular songs, I didn't hate her, but she wasn't very special.

Not disagreeing with that, but she does have one of the most diverse and impressive discographies in contemporary pop.

Wait...what? Her one break from recording style was Cheek to Cheek. The Fame + The Fame Monster, Born This Way and Artpop make of the rest of her discography. How is that one of the most diverse and impressive in contemporary pop?
