Walked by it the other day and thought to myself it really is prime real estate. With having recently been bough what do you think the chances are of it being completely renovated and having one heck of a comeback?

Fantastic location.

Hotel Carter - anagram for its real name, Hotel RatRec.

What other hotel has the slogans, "Friends don't let friends stay at the Hotel Carter," and "For the love of God, do NOT look under the bed?"

One can only dream about a renovation.

It could be a tourist attraction. Those who want to live dangerously can enter the hotel and have to stay overnight . If you survive, you get your name on a plaque honoring your bravery ( or stupidity)
