Anytime in August is good for me... she had tentatively scheduled early August though... don't remember the exact reason for the dates. We were going to go to a preview of Princesses. But it runs until the 28th... so you all could still catch it.
You know, one of my dreams is to drive up the coast... I love road trips. And I'd get to host you too!

And I really should be here toward the end of the month to help get the school year going. So, sometime after the 4th in the early part would be perfect for me, too.

I could fly down the 6th... if we leave LA on the 7th, we'd be here on the 8th, (wouldn't want to drive it straight through) and still see Princesses on the 9th. She was planning a side trip to Vancouver... and she has to be back in LA by the following Sunday. Ok, this would be so awesome. We're killing how many birds with one stone?
Now I'm so excited I won't be able to sleep.

A potential problem - and it would be a substantial one - is that she's trying to sell her car. However, when I saw her last, she had put the sign in the window upside down, so I don't think she's trying too HARD to sell it

I just PMd her a quickie. I've got to get my tired old butt to bed so I'm not a total wreck tomorrow... slept almost 9 hours yesterday and can't get to sleep tonight... go figure...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she likes this idea.
