How Do You Write a Bill?

I'm going on a model congress and I have a bill idea, but I don't know how to verablize it in bill form. Can anyone help me?

I changed my mind, use this one instead:

Let me know if you have questions.

Why do we play with fire? Why do we run our fingers through the flame? Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain? -tick...tick...BOOM!

I definitely started thinking about Schoolhouse Rock when I read this thread title. I can even picture the little dancing bill in my head on Capital Hill. Go look up those lyrics they're probably helpful.

Just remember:

If Ted Stevens tacks a rider about ANWR drilling on your bill, you'd better vote for it. Otherwise, you'll hurt his feelings and he'll never speak to you again.

sigh, reminds me of HS and the model UN.......we kept attacking the Ukraine, and then when their Ambassador got up on stage to speak, we had him kidnapped, LOL

Ha! When I was in social studies in the sixth grade, I had to be Lithuania. And when my team lost a debate with the Soviet Union, the teacher let the Soviets pelt us Baltics with balls of paper for five minutes.

I got my revenge two years later when the Soviet Union collapsed. That was all my doing as vengeance for that day of embarassment, you know.

I kept thinking of Schoohouse Rock - those folks helped me learn the preamble to the Constitution!

"I'm just a Bill, Yes I'm only a bill. And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill."
