That's really ironic, I literally just did stayed on the 6 train yesterday to see what came after during that turnaround when I saw that stop.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Secret of the Ooze references it. It became their new layer after Shredder discovered their home in the sewers.

I've always wanted to see it, but I've never on the 6 that far downtown and never thought to go out of my way just to get a glimpse.

I've done this before! I absolutely love things like this. You can't see it in great detail, but you can see the arches and the tiling. I would love to be able to see the station in its entirety, but it's great to be able to glimpse it if you stay on the 6 past Brooklyn Bridge.
