is reporting the plane crash in Austin as deliberate? A man set his house on fire, then flew a plane into a building, housing IRS offices. No one else has reported this. This was reported over 15 minutes ago on Fox. What gives?

Why would anyone watch Fox News?

The CNN radio news broadcast that lead off the top of the hour just reported it as such.

"Why would anyone watch Fox News?"

Because they are the only ones that aren't a propoganda tool for the government.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

CNN and MSNBC were NOT reporting the it as such. In fact, I was watching CNN with MSNBC in the picture in picture, and they were running a graphic that said Not a Crime Not Terrorism. That's why I posted this. They were easily 20 minutes behind the Fox report of the link between the guy who set his house on fire and the plane crash. As for watching Fox, I watch all the news channels, when there is actual news. Otherwise, I watch none of them. Shows like Sean Hannity and Chris Matthews aren't news. They're opinion. I've got enough of my own, I don't need someone elses.

Instead they are a propoganda tool for Sarah Palin.

JB apparently just as one spokesman said "We have no evidence this was terrorism" another said "It might have been deliberate." Both are true statements. It is a commentary on the function of an EDITOR to see who said what. I am not surprised that Fox went with the more inflammatory spin. If it also turns out to be accurate, well I guess it's about time Fox got one right....

The only person at Fox who has any decency or credibility is Shepard Smith. Most of their other 'news' people are morons, either by nature or by choice.

Interesting how this story on their website phrases it: Officials are investigating whether a small plane that crashed into an office building in Austin, Texas, Thursday morning was an intentional act, an NTSB official told Fox News.

An NTSB spokesman, however, told FoxNews.com that "we can't confirm any of that."

How come Fox News isn't reporting that this is another instance of CHRISTIANIST TERRORISM like Timothy McVeigh?

Those damn CHRISTIANISTS should be locked up and waterboarded so we can find out what else they have planned.

JohnBoy, Goth--are you CHRISTIANISTS like Timothy McVeigh and this latest CHRISTIANIST nutcase Joseph Andrew Stack. Goddamn CHRISTIANIST terrorists.

PJ I have already heard local right wingers in my neck of the woods call this guy "An American Folk Hero" for taking out a government office and saying "This is going to happen more and more if things don't change."

What the hell is wrong with these people?

My local paper briefly posted that he was a disgruntled Democrat who "Blamed Bush" and then pulled it down when the truth came to light.

if anyone bothered to read his manifesto it's pretty clear this guy swung much further to the left than the right.

he rages about a failure to reform health care.

he decries "the recent presidential puppet gw bush and his cronies".

he rails against the wall street bailouts and the "vulgar corrupt catholic church" and ends with an indictment of capitalism.

why, he might just be a bww poster. but for sure, he's your kinda crazy, not ours.

joe? care for some crow?

Whichever way he swung, he's no "Folk Hero" - do we agree on that? I mean, whatever else we argu about I sure hope we both agree that slamming a plane into a building full of people is not "Free Speech" or "Anti-government Protest." RIGHT?

JG2 is right.

I scanned his manifesto, and I found language similar to that used to oppose W, as well as stuff that you would see at a Tea Party Rally.

I think his belongs to Crazy, party of one.

nope he's a typical lefty emblematic of the majority of people here. every single one of you is exactly the same as he is. so relish the actions of one of your own.

and yes, joe, the stupid appreciation expressed by those folks you mention is reprehensible.

especially in light of the fact that he was pinker than pj.
