How do you contact the BWW mods?

Do you get a reply by pming a mod, or do you click on "contact us" at the bottom of the screen? I don't get replies either way.

Well, when you use the PM Someone command, you could type in Rob, or Craig, or Moderator.
It'll go to the appropriately named person...but that's not a guarantee they'll respond.

Whenever I've PM'd Craig, I've gotten a response. Have never PM'd the phantom mods, so not sure what they do. I've never clicked the "contact us".

Oh, that's very clear, Papa. And that's what distinguishes this from other boards I've been on. Even the most heinous members got replies. There was no discrimination.
