hi, I'm 15 in a small rural town supported by jocks, yeah it's a world of fun for a broadway hopeful. Anyway, i started reading this whole topic thing and quickly became bored because i found everyone was giving the same advice. My advice is to just do it, putting it off isn't going to make any difference to them, just to you. I came out to my parents by asking if i could go to pride fest downtown, they had already known that i was gay and they didn't care (and my dad's a REPUBLICAN!!). I do agree with the whole friend thing but i'm guessing you've already done this. also, if you have any friends that are girls, they already know and are fine with it. Boys on the other hand might need to be told.
