Is it getting bad? My dad was supposed to fly in this evening for a meeting tomorrow and it was cancelled.

i'm out on l.i. - and the roads, unfortuately, are all clear. i really want a snowday.

my dad got out JUST in time, at 1:30 today for florida.

I had a snowday for school today (i work in a school), I still had to work, and there's barely any snow outside!

Wow. I'm in PA, but my profs actually cancelled class tomorrow. We don't have an actual snow day, of course, but even this small concession to the weather is practically a sign of the apocalypse when it comes to my school.

I slipped and fell on my ass the whole day down the stairs at the 23rd St. C/E station today going to work.

I KNOW! They cancelled evening classes last night and morning classes today (of which I had neither!!!) I really wanted classes to be cancelled today. BOOOO!!!

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)

What I want to know is why WORK can't get snow days??! Ugh. Trudged my ass down the street in the slush, snow and puddles of water (I suppose it's a good sign that it's melting already? lord above) to get to work..... and that was AFTER I dug myself out of my house.

I am so sick to death of snow.
