Posted: 3/4/11 at 3:38pmHe was in the episode entitled The Bionic Badge. Steve goes undercover as a police officer to try to find a group who are preparing a huge bomb. Howard plays a tough delinquent who is caught by Steve and he partner. He isn't tossed around bionically however. Just captured.
