I guess he's using a variation on the Richard Griffiths method of chastising an audience member... or remembering his time as Peter Allen when he interacted with the audience.

LOL, I do so love him. That lady must have been deaf, dumb, and blind to not notice the entire audience and cast telling her to shut up and glaring at her.

Probably not HollyGolightly, as it sounds as though she really wanted to get the point across that she was not physically able to stand for 90 minutes. All a "me, me, me" moment never mind the rest of the paying audience.
