As most of you noticed, I have been gone for several months. I managed to have my weight loss surgery in November and have been in a rehab center for several months for recovery. I have missed many of you very much. The good news is that I will be able to to come to NYC to visit. My health has improved dramatically and can't wait to share it with people. PleaSE CONTACT ME.

Thanks, shameless......it was a rough road because I stopped breathing in the recovery room and was placed on a respirator for a few days in ICU . I kept hallucinating that Ethel Merman was in the room.

Thanks Theater Diva. I still have to eat by the way. Mostly protein. Would you believe 80 to 100 grams of protein a day?

I have some shots on my digi camera starting with one hour before surgery. The rest were taken at month intervals. My surgery was on Nov.7th, so on the 7th day of each month I take another picture. When I can figure out how to post them, I will.
