I'd much rather deal with dumb teenagers than dumb adults. Dumb teenagers you can at least give some benefit of the doubt and hope that they're only dumb because teenagers are inherently dumb and that one day they might possibly snap out of it.

Dumb adults you know are cursed with dumb for the rest of their lives and that their curse will almost certainly screw up your day in some way.

This morning on the bus there were these upper middle class white kids dressed in hip hop style, caps askew saying "Yo, son that was a mad cool party." I smiled because I remember what my generation was like as teens; hair down to our shoulders, wasted half the time. We all grew up to be reasonably respectable with careers, families, etc.

Enjoy being young, you have the rest of you life to be an adult.

I'm not sure whether to hope that these people will grow up sometimes soon or be worried that they won't. There seem to be conflicting opinions on that. In any case, I realize that it's an inherent fact of teenage life, but sometimes I just wish I didn't have to deal with other people. At least, not other stupid people my age.

Not all teenagers are idiots, it depends how their parents bring them up. Of course some teenagers buckle under peer pressure. They are the weak ones. And turn out not being nice. The acorn dosen't fall far from the tree. So parents.....wake up and help mold your childrens lives. Because they are YOUR future.
