I HATE the voice of AT&T

I usually call in to pay my bill with my debit card. It's easier than writing a check and there is no extra charge. BUT I HATE the automated voice who walks you through the system. And you have to talk to it: "What can I help you with? You can say "New Service" or "Pay my bill..." "PAY MY BILL!" "OK. I think you said "pay my bill". Is that correct?"

I don't know why but his flat patient tone drives me insane with rage.

haha when they stopped letting me go in their offices and pay my bill to a real person, i was done with them. stop employing Mumbai and i'll able to stick with your company, AT&T!

I just found out - via The Graham Norton show- that the "You've Got Mail" voice in the UK is actually Joanna Lumley.
