yeah, it's not like 18 year olds are considered adults in the eyes of the government anyway.
oh wait.....
18= responsibility? who the hell came up with that idea?

I haven't had the oppertunity to live hand to mouth, paycheck to paycheck. I don't want to. I'm sorry for this whole thing. I'm sorry I'm proud to be able to have a nice car. I'm sorry you people attack me because I can't feel your pain. We all choose to do what we want to do. You choose to be an artist and not get paid. I choose to work and get paid. It's all up to you.
The people I'm friends with love me because I'm not like anyone else. I'm who I want to be. I'm not scared to shout "F*CK you" because it might offend someone. I know deep down that I am a good person (w/o the foul language). My friends know that they can depend on me when they're in trouble. Like Jason, who called me at midnight and woke my sleeping bottom up. He called me because he knew I would help him. I'd help any of you if you needed it. My friends are privileged to have me as a friend.
I don't know how there are so many people here. Everytime I'm here (which hasn't been often...) I see a few posters act like they're God and they can do whatever they want. No one's out ot get you Rath. It's okay. When you realize that there are other people out there besides artists that work just as hard as you do, email me.
I'm done with this pathetic site. All you people do is judge everyone and think that you're the greastest person ever. I'm better than all of you (besides you Joey!). I know that. I'm the luckiest guy in the world. I have a great job, a great boyfriend and I can say I'm ahead of most people my age.
Get a life people. I got mine.

I go to a great school, have a great boyfriend, and I most definitely have a great life.
And a car that fits my budget.
Doesn't take a genius, dearest.

Joey DOES have a great boyfriend, and is a great boyfriend himself!
this is the car he "needed"...
now, my parents were (and still are) relatively well-off, but trust-fund or no, the CERTAINLY wouldn't have allowed me to have a car like this at 18...

The bank's taking care of it. I'll have Zelda back by Friday.
Well thank god for capitalists like you. I'm glad you're such a slave to green paper....I thought you were leaving?

"i'm getting the feelin that i'm a tad bit annoying..." - Captain_Obvious, August 12, 2004.
If it only took you two days on the board to find yourself annoying, why are you surprised that so many of us feel that way after five months?

DGrant, have I told you lately that I love you?

If enjoying my life with my wonderful education, boyfriend, friends, theatre jobs and daily indulgences makes me a loser than sign me up!
I juut don't get how someone can think they are "better than everyone else" when they do not fulfill obligations they committed to because they "don't feel like it"
And I never figured out, if CO male or female?

I think Captain has some issues...and they are very Obvious! ()

Captain, believe it or not, most of the time you're given the treatment you deserve. You act like an obnoxious twat and you'll get harsh treatment in turn.
Now, it's understandable that you were anxious because your car got taken away, but from your own description of events, that occurred due to your actions. You took too much money from your trust in order to get a luxury car when you could have bought a middle-of-the-road car that worked just fine without any financial worries. Are you starting to see a pattern here? What you do comes back to you. It's called consequences.
Most of all, you can't renounce responsibility by claiming you're "just a kid," then expect everyone around you to give you the respect they would a fully responsible adult. It just doesn't work that way. You earn the treatment you get. So for heaven's sake act your age- I'm just a year older than you.

Oh Plum, there's no point in taking care to explain things to the spoiled brat. He's driven off to his emtpy life.
And DGrant, I would like to point out that when Obvious wrote "i'm getting the feelin that i'm a tad bit annoying..." it was in response to a dust-up with me. I really do have a certain knack for sussing people up quickly, it's a gift. Eventually people usually do come to see things my way. Oh sure, people often tell me I can't possibly know what I'm talking about, but it all comes out in the wash. Stick with me, gang, I won't steer you wrong.
