I don't understand this underwear ad

BuzzFeed has an article with pics of awful underwear ads, but this one really has me stumped.

How many people are there in this picture?

Very strange ad. I take it the third pair of legs belong to a person (male? female?) whose skimpys the two models are getting in (note the "who's getting into yours?" caption). What exactly this third person - and just how short this third person is - is doing to the other two behind them is up for speculation that might conceivably have been provocatively sexy but it doesn't really work.

Still, the guys are very sexy.

Though I'm not crazy about the arms folded and not very happy expression of the very handsome one with the beard, the nestling of the two underwear models together, the way their thighs meet, the way the other man's forearm brushes up against the bearded dude's side, and the other guy's pose and, particularly, his mouth being open in surprised delight as he looks down to see what's going on down there, are pretty ****in' hot.

Just clicked the link, "underwear that's funtawear" indeed!!!

The guy on the far left in Ad 4 seems to be wearing a mini dress!!!

The picture you posted freaks me out!!! Where are those extra legs springing from?
