Fresh strawberries
Fresh bananas
mix in blender, add soy milk, a little vanilla, some honey, and blend again
add little whey powder (a protein powder) and blend again, the result should be light and fluffy
I just eye the proportions, I cannot give you exact measurements

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 heaping tbsp meringue powder (available at cake decorating stores or in the cake decorating section of craft stores like Michael's)
Blend and serve. (I actually do this in a large food processor, rather than a blender)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 heaping tbsp meringue powder (available at cake decorating stores or in the cake decorating section of craft stores like Michael's)
Blend and serve. (I actually do this in a large food processor, rather than a blender)

Shakeaway has a shake named the Janet. Coincidentally, that is my name. Happily, it's a delicious shake! Strawberry cheesecake, Oreos, and whipped cream on top. Omnomnomnomnomnom!
