I got cast

I received the phone call this afternoon, letting me know that I was cast as Marcellous in my town's production of THE MUSIC MAN. I am soooooooooo excited.

Congratulations! Sure, it's a goofy song, but it's YOUR song. Marcellus is a fun character.....and you get to sing part of "Sadder but Wiser Girl", which is a great song!

Marcellous is actually the part I wanted to get, so . . . HOORAH! This is going to be my first show since I was in college (2004), so I am muy excited.

It is going to be the weekend of August 24th.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Congratulations! Now don't forget, Marcellus and Harold used to be lovers. Harold left Marcellus and the poor guy was never the same. So when he meets Harold again, he has to play it all cool, but he is still madly in love with the crook. Break a leg!
