Mmm, I love sushi. And rolls. And sashimi. I've actually never had a handroll, but I imagine it isn't much different.
Anyone ever had eel? It's good, especially with cucumber. And I adore California rolls.

Sushi is great- especially tuna. Unfortunately, I developed an odd allergy to ginger, crab and soy, so I can only vicariously eat sushi (since it's too risky b/c if a drop of soy or ginger or crab touches my food, it can be really bad). 
So... eat some for me!
