And scored front row! I'm very excited...anyone else going?
I had no idea this was even happening; thanks for the heads up! I also just landed front row seats. Can't wait!

I have fifth row center - very excited!
You know, the tix weren't really all that expensive either...
Please don't take this question the wrong way; but, I feel like I see Kathy Griffin, every time I turn on the television; and, I'm not looking for her. So, why is it, you'd want to pay money to see her?

So when we turn on the Carnegie Hall performance on TV we can say we were there? Cause you know it's being filmed...
Don't buy tickets John Boy.
She is even funnier live. Totally worth it. I saw her stand up at Town Hall in NYC, I guess she made it, now she performs at the Carnegie Hall! Wow!
Don't buy tickets John Boy? What kind of answer is that?
Thank you Doodle, for your answer.
Well, what kind of question is that? That's like saying, "You know the score to Sweeney Todd, why see the show?"
Why would you pay to see a baseball game when it's free on television?
Sheesh.
How much were they anyways?
I bought tickets for Mohegan Sun for 35 dollars.

I'd imagine it's the same reason one buys tickets to see a concert when one can just as easily watch for them on television or listen to their cds - the chance to see the person in question live.
And we all don't have cable television either.

Once Kathy does a bit on TV it's gone from her live act. I've seen her three times and never heard her do the same bit twice. I have seen them turn up in her TV acts AFTER I've seen them, but that's it.
Some friends of mine saw her and said that her show is too long.
By the end of it, they were tired of laughing.
Ivan and I missed her, but we wanted to see her.
We saw Le Reve instead.
It's Vegas. She'll come back.

Well, I am excited about finally seeing Kathy live - I have to really admit I am probably more excited about being in Carnegie Hall. I have never been inside for an event, the irony is it's not a musical performance.
I've never been inside the theatre either, and even more ironic, I'm working at CH this week and for the next two weeks as well!
she is gonna be here in melbourne,
