Just wanted to let you guys know I won't be around for a month or so. I'm going to Milawi, Africa with a group called World Camp for Kids to do AIDS and nutrition education for children in rural villages. I'm really excited about the opportunity. I'm sure I'll tell you all about it when I get back.
Anyway, the point is, I'll miss everyone on the board. I hope you all have an awesome January, and I'll be back in February! Don't let anything too exciting happen while I'm gone.
Why do we play with fire?
Why do we run our fingers through the flame?
Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain?

Posted: 1/1/05 at 10:06pmThanks for the well-wishes guys! I'll be very safe. We have all sorts of rules and the organization has a really good safety record. We have armed guards around our house, but I don't know if that makes me feel more safe or less safe...

Jess, I have already expressed my thoughts on this trip to you. I wish you nothing but safe travels and a great, eye-opening experience! I expect the biggest.report.ever in February!
