are you talking about the girl who just auditioned on american idol? i think her name was kelly.

if youre talking about someone else then sorry. but if thats who youre talking about, then i LOVED her.

Aw liotte. Yeah, they kinda shoved her sob story in our faces, but she had SUCH conviction.

aww, i loved her. she reminded me so much of carrie, which could be a downfall. but i really liked her. i was smiling through the whole audition. but i was having major flashbacks to last year when carrie walked into the room. her age might be an issue though - only 19.

She is talented but will not win

Letting young blonde hair girls win back to back. She is too much like Carrie Underwood . Another year she might have done it but not now

The age isn't a factor. I think Fantasia was 19 during the show, and Diana Degarmo was only like 16 or 17.

I also LOVED Kelly Pickler. It's funny how you KNOW that they made it if they show their hometown and give their 'story'...honestly, why would they go to their hometown and do all the extra footage and editing for someone who didn't make it.

I think that black girl whose grandmother was apparently kindof a big deal was sensational. My favorite part about her was that she was dressed very conservatively and still looked stunning. THAT is the kind of person I want to represent America...not some skank in platforms and a bra singing 50 cent.

Kelly Pickler was Miss Stanly County and participated in the Miss North Carolina Pageant (Miss America) last year.

Leave it to our official Miss America coniseur (sp?) to know that. I missed Idol last night (due to a couple of mojitos)..so I can't say yet if she's good or not.

I really like her, I'll be rooting for her..and the black girl with the famous relative, she was really good too...there is some great talent in this one and I can't wait to see who makes it to the final rounds and start getting my dialing and texting finger ready.
