I love horseradish. I hope there're no weird hidden meanings to this thread, because I genuinely love horseradish and think it's great. Can you imagine mashed potatoes with horseradish? Ohhh, sounds epic! :3

When I was a kid...we had several horseradish plants in our garden...there's nothing better (Horseradish wise) than FRESHLY grated and prepared Horseradish...it has a real KICK!

I made the mistake of thinking the wasabe was guacamole the first time I had sushi.
Popped the whole thing in my mouth.

Yancy's Fancy's makes a yummy horseradish cheddar as well.
Here in Buffalo, we have what is called "Beef on Weck". It's sliced roast beef with au jus, and horseradish on a kummelweck roll. (The roll has kummelweck seeds and salt.) To die for.

Posted: 12/29/08 at 6:30pmDiva I took someone out for Sushi and he didn't want to admit he had no idea what it was. He ate a forkful of Wasabi. I thought we were going to have to call an ambulance. Of course, he reacted twice as badly when someone explained what Sushi was.
