Just got word that the production of Sweeney Todd I designed hair and make-up for was named "Best Of The Best" by Stage Scene LA!

And another production I co-designed is heading to the Pasadena Playhouse for a pre-broadway run!

And I get to spend next week putting two, well known TV actors into drag for a benefit.
Yes, I started a thread about me. :P

That is great! It is always nice when ones hard work is recognized!
Thanks! I was watching the list because I thought STORMY WEATHER would be mentioned, but it wasn't
Now, if they just gave recognition to the hair and make-up designers...
Congrats, handsome!
Congratulations Diva.
Yay! Mazel Tov! I'm glad you started this thread because how else would we have known! We all know you are very talented but we wouldn't have known about the awards!
Are the TV actors well-known from sitcoms or dramas?
Oh and--congrats!

Congrats! That IS exciting!
Are these TV actors on TV shows that are currently airing?
They are from sit-coms.
It's for a benefit and it's supposed to be a surprise, so I'll keep that under wraps until it happens. I'll get pictures!
Congrats!
Can we see some Sweeney photos?
Diva, I'm thrilled for you! Congratulations!
Ooops, that picture is a little big.
That great news! I'm glad you posted this. Congrats!!
Oh, Diva! That's wonderful! Congratulations, babe!
VERY cool, Diva. Bravo!
Here are some pics including a series of shots showing the a killing with the spray of blood that came forward. It was like a fountian and the audience ate it up.

Congrats, Diva! We knew someone in the cast, but didn't make it over to see it
The TinMan used to be the House manager there back in the Middle Ages.
Congrats!

Just out of curiosity, is StageSceneLA entirely Steven Stanley's enterprise? That's a name that hasn't been mentioned around these parts in quite some time.
I've already commented on the pictures on Facebook, but I want to extend my congrats as well. That's quite amazing. Sweeney Todd is one of my favorite productions, too.

Not sure. I knows he's a big part of it...
