I got TiVo today! It's all activated and everything! I've already set to record Breakfast with the Arts Sunday morning (so I don't have to wake up at 6:45 on a Sunday; I heard Spelling Bee is supposed to be on? Anyone?). Plus I've also already set the 2-hour season finale of Arrested Development next Friday night. I'll still watch it, but then I could watch it multipule times!
'Twas a great day - Tivo AND I watched Sunset Blvd. on TCM!

Your life is not complete wihtout TiVo.
It seriously is like the greatest thing to happen to TV since the 4-camera sitcom.

I've not watched broadcast TV in three years..
former television addict...
I used to erase shows from the TV guide as a child to keep my parents from choosing them, to assure my faves being watched.
I do netflix and blockbuster (must really decide soon)
other than that, I prefer the theatre for film and live performance.......

I LOVE Tivo... it's great because I'm so busy during the week that I can get caught up on all my shows on the days I have nothing to do.
Whats a Series3?

Posted: 2/4/06 at 5:17pmI'm dying for a TiVo, but there are just too many other things to spend money on right now.
I remember days
Or at least I try
But as years go by
They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky
