Took me 5.5 years, but I have finally got my undergrad.

Not a great time to graduate in today's job market, but good luck! Don't apply for any jobs I am applying for!

Such an interesting time to be achieving what used to be a guaranteed stepping stone. But, it DOES count, and you are to be commended for following through - no matter the time element involved. Keep that focus, and good luck as you chart your next move.

I'm working on my alternative certification and applying to work as a sub....for the moment I'm at a grocery store (working awful hours.)

I will say the job market while still pretty rough ain't got nothing on 12-18 months to go. I know honor students from Ivy League schools who spent months looking for full-time work.
