The search for the new Pussycat Doll!!!
Tonight's the finale, I think. I enjoyed the season-so much so I'll watch that instead of American Idol tonight. All you have to do is turn on Fox at the last minute anyway.

I watch it pip while DWTS elimination show is on...I hate all of the girls, but it is pretty funny. They all kind of stink.

Yep, some of them are the same trash that millions of others watch, and some of them are educational and thought provoking that the thinking minority watches. Yep. I'm an equal opportunity viewer~

I watch it too, sometimes. I flip back and forth between this and Idol after Top Model ends and before The Real World begins. I get in all my high quality TV on Wednesday nights.

Same here. I think I've collectively watched about one and a half episodes, but it's pretty entartaining. I liked the one where they were all really sick.
I also love the fact that there's stripper poles on the stage.

I was just thinking about starting a thread asking if I am the only one watching "The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll." I am not usually a reality show junkie- I have never watched American Idol, or Top Model, or any other similar pop cult reality show, but I came across Next Doll one night and just got sucked into it- the snark factor is amazing. Yes, I am a little ashamed of myself.
/Totally rooting for Chelsea too, but I for some reason just fear that Asia is the winner. And Asia totally dances like a drag queen. :)

Posted: 4/19/07 at 11:20pmI don't like it because it's on in place of Veronica Mars-- and is smashing the ratings it had. Why do people prefer trash tv? There's nothing wrong with guilty pleasures, but when they're replacing a show as brilliant as VM... it's a sad day.

I didn't even know this thing existed, but I caught an ad for it tonight. Apparently they were down to three finalists for . . . I'm not sure what - a lap dancing position?
Anyway, this ad featured one of these three bimbos looking straight at the camera and saying, "God put me here for a reason."
And all I could think was that this perfectly encapuslated what America has been reduced to - consumer whores who reference God.
