I've seen Wing!

Last night I happened upon a local( Australian )variety/talk television show Rove Live! as the host introduced Broadwayworld.com's very own discovery, Wing! The show was half over but she was the featured artist singing prior to each commercial break. I saw her sing The Carpenters, On Top Of The World and The Lonely Goatherd from The Sound of Music.

Sadly, the studio audience didn't share our respect for this great artist and actually laughed at her! All here will be pleased to know she is singing as well as ever. Wing has a new CD coming out shortly, Wing Sings The Beatles. I'm sure we should all watch out for it. Wing a ding ding!

I honestly have no words.

Do you have a video of this? I will give you my first born for it!

Wing needs to come on a US tour. Who is her agent and why hasn't she been booked yet? Are they all afraid of a repeat of Florence Foster Jenkins at Carnegie Hall?

re: I've seen Wing!

"The Lonely Goatherd"...one can only imagine (and grimace.)

Does Wing do disco hits????

And, what about:

Wing sings ALW's greatest hits... Perhaps Wing and Michael Crawford could perform some duets from POTO.

What's next for Wing: Rapping?

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

re: I've seen Wing!

Wing';s website features her rendition of a Beatles tune. In a class by itself.

Hey, isn't our own PatiB a theatrical agent? She should snatch up Wing and book her onto the Crystal Room. What a fun get-together that would be!

And I thought Wing was an internet urban legend.
