mauriposa-that ice storm was horrible. A bunch of students from my school were on a bus to a track meet, but they got stuck in a ditch. Part of the road was blocked off because of the ice. A basketball game at my school was cancelled because the other team's bus couldn't get there. I walked out of my dorm and immediately fell down on the ice...not fun!
I really hope that we get some snow here soon!

Yeah, it blew. My car was entire iced over. I couldn't even get the door open. I was just glad that I didn't have to go anywhere that day. I do much better with snow.
Low 60's here in Denver today. In the 40's the rest of the week with possible snow tomorrow. But it has been cold here for a week. Of course warmer weather moves in and I leave for NYC tonight, where it is cold!
Wow. Last night, the snow really packed up here in Evanston. Seriously, I looked outside when I woke up, and there had to have been some serious snowfall last night! And this all really excites me, as I'm from the sunshine state (which I MISS SO MUCH but where I have seen snow only once in my life...and it melted like two feet before it hit the ground).
Snow is falling in Alexandria Virgina... home sick today, so I thankfully don't have to go out in it. My second snowstorm in four days, as I was in upstate NY on Sunday where they had four inches of the stuff.
kec, you're lucky. The Beltway was at a standstill from Tysons up through Clarksburg. After it took me 45 minutes to get 1 mile from my house, I gave up and came home.

Orangeskittles, I heard a lot of reports on the radio about spin outs etc. when the alarm went off this morning. I commute by bus into work via 395, but with this bad cough, I just didn't want the hassle of the commute home. I had considered going out to run an errand, but have decided against it. Thankfully I had the foresight to buy milk after I went to the doctor last night.
I finally got snow! It's been coming down for about 45 minutes now! We're in a snow advisory until 6 tomorrow morning and we're supposed to get 2-4 inches. I'm so happy right now!

It's been snowing for about an hour and a half. The boys immediately started making snowballs and chucking them at each other on the back portch. Yay snow!
He's a faker, and you've been taken in by his con. And in doing so, you are enabling him. He is doing more damage to aspergers than papa's words ever could. -Chane/Liverpool on me having asperger syndrome.
