If YOU were a Founding Father…?

… what would your ideal form of federal government be?

Or Founding Mother, Founding Non-Binary Person - this is no longer just a man's world. For me, I’m still unsure. All I know is I'm unhappy with the current model. In simple terms, I guess I would go for a European-style parliamentary system. Abolish the presidency. Let's have a Prime Minister, head of a coalition government of two or more parties. Electoral college must go, of course. Senate, byebye. Two senators per state? Ridiculous. I want proportional representation. Justice system major overhaul, especially Supreme Court.
