The annual high school theatre fest will occur January 7-9, 2010. Hope everyone enjoys the all state production of Urinetown, featuring the most talented high schoolers in the state!

Cool! Of course, it's probably only cool to people like me from Illinois. It didn't look like the website said where exactly it would be. My sister recently explained to me what all-state is, and you have to be just like the phenomenal performer who was cast as Bobby in that year's production of Company to be in all-state. I'll be interested in seeing that.

I'll probably be there this year for recruitment and to watch the auditions. I love Urinetown! So excited they're doing it.

I'm already so excited for Theatrefest! Especially since the theme is "Master Class"...I'm gonna be going around telling people they don't have a look and to get one as quickly as possible. :-P

I played in the pit for the last two all-state productions, and this year a girl from my school was cast in Urinetown. Being in the all-state show was such a rewarding, humbling experience for me- can't wait to see it this year!

Who is your friend? I probably know her :) I'm in the cast
