SUCK!

I am on hold right now for the 8th time right now, and am on my fourth phone call today trying desperatly to get clearence for the coverage my surgery. I want to hit something. BADLY.

I feel for you Hamlet. They do suck. They take red tape and make it into an art form.

I feel your pain- My insurance company denied covering filling a prescription that my dr had written for me. And called me (SIX TIMES) today to tell me that fact...
A fact I already knew because I had called them last week to find out the status. And because they sent me a letter last week telling me they were denying it.

I'm thinking that maybe the poor person stuck calling me SIX times today (calling my cell, I was at work and it was going to voicemail) to tell me something they'd already told me by phone and letter last week could have been doing something a little more productive with her day.

And that was just for a prescription, I can't wait until I have to deal with a bigger issue like surgery that you are.
