Iran Deal

Totally agree dented
Obama had secret negotiations freezing out the other allies. Trust in totalitarian regimes generally winds up the same. N Vietnam violated the Paris Peace accord. N. Korea played Bill Clinton and now Iran joins the club.
Iran took over our embassy. They call for extermination of Israel. They support terrorism and consider the US the great Satan. Their populace constantly calls for out destruction.Of course they will.keep the agreement. Cue the laughter.

Namo, I'm sorry but I don't really understand your post. I don't see the situation here as an economic issue for the US. or one that is Republican or Democrat.
It is quite simple. The current government of Iran, not necessarily the people, want to destroy Israel and the USA. They have made that clear in every public statement prior to these negotiations.
911 was not an attack on just Republicans and most Jews vote Democrat. Terrorists want to kill all of us. Do you think our policy makes sense in light of this fact?

Dented, what does 9/11 have to do with Iran ?
And I remember Reagan receiving the same criticism when he made agreements with Gorbachev. Conservatives are only happy when we are bombing other countries. Peace agreements are an anathema to them.
Roxy, this was a multilateral agreement, involving 6 countries.

Unless there's death, destruction and fear, fear, and more fear, Republitards aren't really interested.
And bringing up 9/11 as a reference point is so 2000's. Change the record, Louanne.

Here are some of the highlights - or lowlights
1. Iran retains full capacity to enrich uranium despite UN resolutions aimed at stopping it.
2. They can continue to manufacture & test centrifuges
3. Tehran keeps sensitive sites like the military base @ Parchin where researchers are at work weaponizing enriched uranium out of the inspection sites. They are basically telling inspectors what and where they can inspect.
After the deal the Iranian president said the deal recognizes Iran's right to enrich. This deal does something no one else can do - unite republicans and democrats. Democrats such as NY Senator Charles Schumer (big Obama supporter) are vehemently against it. This deal even unites the Saudis & Israeli's which is virtually unheard of
Another little tidbit was the US, unknown to their allies, secretly negotiated with Iran. He undercuts his own friends and allies - nothing new.
Obama will do anything to look good even negotiate a bad treaty.

I guess all the Dens against. it are. wingnuts also.
Our allies wanted the sanctions lifted as it is all about the benjamins.
To Namo you are a funny guy. I guess those demonstrators calling for death to America and burning our flags are really showing us they are our bosom buddies.

I actually thought this deal was a good thing, until i read the Israeli PM is very against it. I know Israel is not big fans of Obama, but this goes beyond that.
Netanyahu: Iran Nuclear Deal A 'Historic Mistake'
JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel's prime minister harshly condemned the international community's nuclear deal with Iran on Sunday while Saudi Arabia remained conspicuously quiet, reflecting the jitters felt throughout the Middle East over Iran's acceptance on the global stage.

Roxy, what would happen if people in other countries watched a clip of toothless teabag idiots with misspelled signs at one of their poorly attended rallies and then felt that it was "the entire US populace"? They'd be as wrong as you are, is what.
