Probably not but his air of fatuous entitlement makes you think he might be
"For example, on March 28, 2001, Vice President Cheney wrote a “pending” letter of resignation because he suspected he might at any moment become incapacitated by health problems. This was surely a surprise for those affiliated with the Bush campaign who had vetted Cheney’s health before asking him to run. But Cheney's cardiologist was a big fat liar and told the Bush campaign cardiologist that Cheney “was in good health with normal cardiac function.”
When Gupta asked Cheney to explain the doctor's false claims, Cheney responded, “I’m not responsible for that.”"

Hmmmmm. I dont know, off the top of my head i think i would pick Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Osama, Judas, Benedict Arnold, Ted Bundy, Mark David Chapman, John Wilkes Booth, Qaddafi, Saddam, But none of them were Republicans so maybe they dont qualify.
Also, any and all Child Molesters, Murderers, Rapist

It may well be. He did precious little good.

I had been trying to think of good things he did that might justify his nauseating delight in himself but came up empty-handed.
If not THE, pretty close.
While not on Hitler-levels, Cheney is pretty despicable.

He is certainly on the "B" list...

I think what really elevates Cheney is that lack of comeuppance. Most supervillains end up fed to their pets or dead before their time. Big Dick Cheney keep on rolling along.
I can't help but feel the need to post this Wanda Sykes quote:
"I tell my kids that if they're playing outside, and two cars pull up, and one of them is a stranger and the other is Dick Cheney, you go with the stranger!"
No.
Lets ask Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson. Cheney's involvement in outing a CIA agent should say it all. What kind of monster does that to another American? Cheney even had his assistant be the fall guy. What a guy!

While he's no Hitler, it does make you wonder what qualities the modern Republican party values that he was twice their VP nominee.
And yet, he's STILL more reasonable than Ted Cruz.

Often is the question asked: Are Dick Cheney crazy, stupid, or lying? Even if you don’t limit yourself to choosing just one, it’s tougher to answer this question about Cheney than it is with many of his peers. Consider this quote, typed out by POLITICO from Cheney’s recent appearance on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show “I Am Always Angry And It’s All Your Fault”:
“I think the Benghazi thing is one of the great — it’s not just an embarrassment, it’s a tragedy, because we lost four people that night. And what I always recall is her testimony saying, ‘What difference does it make?’ And the fact of the matter is it makes a huge difference.”
FOUR PEOPLE! Dick Cheney is so, so hurt that Obama and Hillary won’t take responsibility for these FOUR PEOPLE who died horribly serving their country (even though Hillary did take responsibility by literally saying the words “I am responsible”). …FOUR PEOPLE! Go and seek medical attention for the rage-stroke (ew) you just had, then ask yourself: What in the hell is this man trying to accomplish?
Now! More hidous!
It makes me want to vomit whenever someone deliberately misquotes that "what difference does it make" comment.
Granted, some people are too stupid or lazy to seek out the context, but Cheney knows exactly what she said, and he knows he's misrepresenting it.
seriously some of you will excuse even murder and sweep it under the rug rather than tarnish your golden boy. really? you have no problem with four people serving their country in a hostile area being assassinated? and even worse the coverup? how they tried to say it was just because of video? then making Rice be the scapegoat? i guess some people value human life a bit more than others. Pathetic

Hey Sue! Here's your chance! Answer these questions and prove yourself not just an ignorant troll!
1) How many attacks on US embassies took place during the previous administration? Can you name them?
2) how many Americans died in those attacks? How many TOTAL dead- and what would be the additional "Value" placed on AMERICAN HUMAN life as opposed to "Foreign human life"?
3) What sort of outrage was shown over THOSE dead Americans?
And seriously, I hope you decide to respond because I can and will rip you apart for EVERY SINGLE SENTENCE you dared to post in that phony baloney pile of self righteous garbage.

Joe - Remember how the Hamburgler could only say, "Robble robble robble robble"? You won't get anything else out of a fictional character that was created with the intention to only say one thing over and over.

What the hell does THAT mean (Sue)?
What you don't recall are the 13 attacks on US consulates & embassies that happened under George W Bush or any of the Americans (11) or embassy personnel of other nations (9
that were killed in those attacks. You know what NONE of us recall? Democrats making ridiculous partisan charges against the president or secretary Rice for political gain. But maybe we don't recall that because it just didn't happen.
You're not an American so maybe you don't understand how we all come together at a time of crisis and not try to use deaths as chips to win some political game. This tradition is so ingrained (among most decent people) that even when legitimate questions were raised- such as how the Bush White House could allow repeated attacks against the US embassies in Yemen and Pakistan (36 deaths in three years), Republicans have been known to attack those questioners "for undermin(ing) the commander-in-chief while troops were in harm's way."
But things are apparently different now. MUCH different.

You're right- I just get so aggravated by her (his) willful ignorance! Thanks for reminding me. I'm done.
Joe i know you think this Administration walks on water and can do no wrong. I wont say President cuz its the people he surrounds himself with. the fact is they cut the protections at the embassy level even though there was reason to believe there was trouble. also, they covered it up. all i have ever heard about Watergate is that as bad as the burglary was, it was the cover-up that was worse and the cover-up that made Nixon. resign. thats what happened here, and Hilary made susan rice the scapegoat
