Well, this has all been very exciting, but I have to go.
Bye.
It's the same thing with being anywhere in person instead of watching via a medium - concert, theater, sporting event, etc. It's the electricity in the air, togetherness of the fans, and just general happy and fun atmosphere, that makes it enjoyable. I know many people who have been to various sporting events with NO interest whatsoever, but still had a great time cheering, chatting, etc.
tantrum much?
...drinking...

Nope. I just don't know anything about football, so I figured I'd go.
But take it how you will.
There was a tantrum? I missed it?
Hottie from my last show just called me. *sigh*
Do you mean the teapot?
I do indeed.
How about bring up a new subject to talk about and it would probably catch on and the football convo would die down? With the billions of random topics discussed in here daily, I don't see why now is suddenly the big issue. But whatever....
*the cows bring tea to rath*
Awww, thank you, cows.
Storms have ripped apart a mall in Memphis and the campus of a university where my friend and her family work as on campus missionaires. I can't get anyone on the phone that might know if they are okay. They said the hail falling was the size of grapefruits. Now it just hit the southeast corner of my hometown. My dad's at a meeting and my mother is freaking out. My grandparents are huddled in the center of the house scared to death. It was 74 degrees there today. Scary stuff.
Wow, JG. Scary stuff.
There is no such thing as global warming.
yeah.
Oh Amber, that is terrible! best wishes of safety to your family!
so how 'bout them Giants?
I kid.
Who else is hoping for Hillary to win?
*raises hand*
I am pulling for Hilary, but I won't be disappointed either way, really.
The first projections are coming in for NY and it appears she's won here.
WOO!
Storms are really scary.
From what I understand she's always had NY. The big question of the night is CA.
I actually didn't vote today. I really haven't been paying attention to the what each candidate actually stands for **bad tink**, so I would be going in blind and voting out of popularity, and am not comfortable with that. Ironically, I know more about the Democrat candidate stands and issues (thanks BWW), but is useless to me as I am a registered republican. Chris went though and he is a registered Democrat, I am interested in hearing who he decided to vote for.
"so how 'bout them Giants?"
You're just doing that to hurt me.
ACcording to a poll I read, she was ahead in CA but not by much.
It was interesting on the UWS, though - Obama had the volunteers out in force EVERYWHERE.
"Christopher Cross Griffin!"
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
