gay men should NEVER frequent a Denny's.
The only 24hr IHOP is in the ghetto. And we didn't feel like the crowded, smoky Putter's.
Where the heck do you live?!
morning everyone!
I'm wearing my "Don't taze Me, Bro!" T-shirt today. So far, everyone's kind of looked at me strangely. How uninformed my generation is truly makes me depressed.
BEsides, my day shall probably be quite boring. I'm kind of not looking forward to it, though I don't have any reason not to. I got stuck writing the episode of the TV show my group is writing for screenwriting about sexual harassment and...well, sex. How very me.
"Uninformed" because they either
a) didn't catch the news story of that college kid who was tazed for throwing a fit
or
b) didn't think it was very funny as printed on a t-shirt?
Uninformed becuase they didn't get the reference, even after some explanation.
If it weren't for BWW, I would have never heard about the "don't taze me, bro!" dude.
how could anyone not know that story? It was on every newscast and news website for a week.
Some people don't watch TV.
And some people don't get their news from popular news sites.
Just saying.
I don't even have a tv. Maybe some people just don't get the news period.
Foster, but the majority of our generation does watch television, they just could care less and hardly ever turn to current events.
Do Americans have a responsibility to care about or pay any attention to a current event such as a college kid throwing a fit and getting tazed?
It just seems like there are so many more worthy current events with which to fill up the memory bank.
I didn't mean to come off so bitchy foster, I'm sorry.
Many people probably don't know that story.
It's OK. You didn't come off as bitchy.
Foster, pick a current event that you think is important. Step into a high school and spark up a conversation with a few kids about it. . . .I think you'll a few blank stares. I'm going to restart my laptop, my firefox spell check is not working and I feel naked without it. Of course, I could proof read myself, but why?
In all fairnes, most HS students don't follow any kind of world/current events. At that age a person's world revolves around them. That's not a bad thing, it's a natural part of being a teenager. I'm sure I was the same way.
Intelligent and concerned teens like DGG, Geek, and you soapy are the exception to the rule.
Good morning Avs.
*double take*
DENNY'S!?!
*oyf*ckingvey, I am never leaving NYC*
DEET! Have you gone into Park's birthday thread? Have smelling salts nearby!
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
*incoherently mumbles, shakes, swoons, drops, THUD*
I know, right?!
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
Thank God I can still type, because I definitely cannot form a coherent sound.
Hey, Deet!
Hey Foster. I don't know whether to kiss you or kill you for posting that pic of Cheyenne.
*thinking about it again... THUD*
*the cows bring cocoa to almost all* and nits dennys can be fun if it late at night, used to go there after shows or parties in gainesville.
Face it, Foster: You live under a maggot-infested rock.
